Wow, just wow! After being in an RV, i know now its not always just about the destination, but about enjoying the actual journey. STAN has all the bells and whistles and even more for a comfortable and luxurious camping experience. We got caught in a snow storm and the kids had not eaten lunch yet, no problem we just air fried spam while being patiently waiting for the traffic and snow to clear. No better family FLEX than being able to do that. The electrical and heating system is both easy to use and efficient, we were parked over night and ran the heat and had devices plugged in, no problem! I cant say how clutch it is to have a bathroom in the RV.
10/10 would rent Stan again, looking forward to it actually ☺️
The Ultimate Adventure Van!
We are obsessed! Anh and Thuie were incredible hosts – Anh gave us a thorough tutorial at the get go to set us up for a smooth trip, and Thuie was super helpful and responsive when we had any questions. They have thoughtfully outfitted this van with everything you could possibly need. We particularly appreciated the microwave for the quick meal on the go; the GLSS dinette area for hanging out (with the back door opened to a view!); and the Pelican case in the rear for extra storage!
10/10 would love to rent from them again and would recommend this host + van to our friends in a heartbeat..
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend trip with STAN and it was such a lovely, memorable adventure! The whole experience converted us for life and we can’t do vacations any other way now.
This was the first time we rented a camper van and the first time I ever drove one. I typically drive a Mini Cooper so this was a BIG jump in size for me. But STAN was surprisingly very easy to drive! I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to reach the pedals at 5’1, but it was actually extremely comfortable and handled wonderfully. You can tell that the hosts have made thoughtful upgrades throughout the vehicle, including its drivability.
The lounge in the back of the van is an upgrade and the bathroom door is too. Both made a significant difference in our experience with this particular Revel. I can’t do it any other way! We spent 4 comfortable days in the van and had a great night sleep each time. My husband is 6’2 and fit/slept perfectly.
Anh and Thuie are exceptional hosts as well. From the beginning of booking to the time we dropped off the van, they were super accommodating and communicative. On the day of pickup, Anh carefully walked us through everything, even though they had provided video tutorials a few days before. The in-person orientation was a must to get acquainted with everything! Thuie was also always quick to respond if something came up and they continued to help us find our own Revel. Talk about going above and beyond!
#Vanlifing has been a dream of ours for a while and STAN really called out to us in its listing, reminding us that life is truly short. It also helped that it was pet friendly and modded with extra amenities. If you’ve been thinking about doing a van trip, do it with STAN and you’re bound to fall in love.
This was probably one of the best experience everrr! In the beginning, I was a little hesitant on renting because I thought it might be too big and hard to drive, but the size was perfect! The van was also equipped with everything you need in order for you to have a comfortable stay. Everything was extremely clean and the owners were very kind in answering any questions that we had.
I’ve only done tent camping in the past and honestly, I don’t even know how I can go back to tenting! We look forward to renting STAN again!
