The Rules
- The minimum number of rental nights is 3 nights.
- The minimum driving age is 25.
- Pick-up time is 3 pm, drop-off time is 11 am. Late drop-offs and early pick-ups are offered when available but cannot be confirmed until one week out from your rental.
- Using the Vehicle for towing is not permitted without authorization from STAN Adventure Vans.
- Strictly NO SMOKING in our Class B.
- Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited.
- Music festival or burning man is strictly prohibited.
Prep and Set-Up Fee – $150
Prep and set-up fee including COVID-19 sanitization
Cleaning Fee
We do not charge a cleaning fee but if our Class B is not returned in the same condition it went out, the initial cleaning fee of $100 will be charged then $50 for each additional hour it takes to clean will be taken from the security deposit.
Pet Fee – $150
The pet fee is $150 per approved pet, with 2 pets maximum. No exotic pets.
Mileage
Your reservation will include 100 miles per night and 55 cents per mile thereafter.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
The 25% Reservation Deposit is required to reserve our vehicle and is refundable if you cancel 30 days before your reservation departure date.
Example 1
Departure Date: February 01, 2021
Cancellation Date: January 01, 2021
30 days before departure date = 25% Reservation Deposit is refundable
Example 2
Departure Date: February 01, 2021
Cancellation Date: January 10, 2021
Less than 30 days before departure date = 25% Reservation Deposit is non-refundable
The reservation remainder will be charged 14 days from your departure date, at which point it will be non-refundable. Free cancellation after booking, as long as you cancel more than 30 days before your reservation departure date.
We require a $1,500 security deposit charge during the departure date and refunded after 7 days upon return of the undamaged vehicle.
