Standard Pick-up time is 3:00PM PST | Standard Drop-off time is 11:00AM PST. If the schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate your request for an early Pick-up or Late-drop off. Please reach out to us (via text or email) no earlier than 4-days prior to your arrival and we may be able to accommodate your request. If you must have an early pick-up or late drop-off for your trip, we recommend that you book the extra night to guarantee that STAN is yours when you want it.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, we will email you specific instructions and direction to our pick-up location.
- If you’d like to pick up STAN elsewhere, please reach out and we will explore whether we can accommodate your request. Please note that charges apply for off-site pick-ups/drop-offs.

The 25% Reservation Deposit is required to reserve our vehicle and is refundable if you cancel 30 days before your reservation departure date.

Departure Date: February 01, 2021
Cancellation Date: January 01, 2021
30 days before departure date = 25% Reservation Deposit is refundable

Departure Date: February 01, 2021
Cancellation Date: January 10, 2021
Less than 30 days before departure date = 25% Reservation Deposit is non-refundable
The reservation remainder will be charged 14 days from your departure date, at which point it will be non-refundable. Free cancellation after booking, as long as you cancel more than 30 days before your reservation departure date.
Your reservation will include 100 miles per day and 55 cents per mile thereafter.
We do not charge a cleaning fee but if our Class B is not returned in the same condition it went out, the initial cleaning fee of $100 will be charged then $50 for each additional hour it takes to clean will be taken from the security deposit.
As much as we would love to be a part of your festival experience, unfortunately we do not allow our vehicle to join along. No Burning Man/Music Festival allowed.
Of course, this is an available add-on at checkout of $150 per pet. Given the tight space on our Class B, only 2 fury babies can accompany you on your trip. Please note that failure to disclose that a pet is on board, an undisclosed pet fee of $300 will be charged against your security deposit.
No exotic pets allowed.
We charge a pet fee for the additional detailing to remove the pet hair that dogs/cats leave behind and the additional pet sanitizing the detailers must complete for the next renter as some people are allergic to pets.
Insurance can be confusing, which is why we are committed to making it simple and easy to get you fully covered. We’ve partnered with MBA Insurance, the number #1 provider of RV rental insurance since 1978.
The types of coverage offered are:
- INSURANCE ADDENDUM – Coverage for damage you do to the vehicle in an accident.
- SUPPLEMENTAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (SLI) – Coverage for damage you do to other’s property or injury to others.
- ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE – Emergency roadside assistance is provided 24/7/365 by trained RV associates.

Roadside assistance is available as an add-on option for $15 per day. This gives you a piece of mind that only Rentsafe RV Roadside Assistance can offer, and you’ll receive unlimited coverage from a network of providers who can service your Class B in case of a breakdown.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent/operate our Class B. Each renter/driver must provide a copy of their valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance for verification. We will request this information from you once your reservation is confirmed.
The vehicle orientation will be provided on the day of your pick-up date. The orientation will cover the vehicle, its equipment, all appropriate systems, and a quick test drive. It will take about 1.5 – 2 hours to complete the vehicle orientation.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the Vehicle at any time. Cleaning and fumigation fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found and may result in the forfeiture of your entire rental deposit.
Using the Vehicle for towing is not permitted without express authorization from STAN Adventure Vans.
Travel to Mexico is strictly prohibited.
Music Festival and “Burning Man” festival (Black Rock City) rentals are strictly prohibited.
Since your safety is our number one priority, our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices to determine the mileage driven during each rental and to help us identify the location of our vehicles in case of an emergency or when a vehicle requires roadside assistance.
